{"id":19,"date":"2016-06-17T21:07:08","date_gmt":"2016-06-18T01:07:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2017-acrowell\/?p=19"},"modified":"2016-06-23T09:11:25","modified_gmt":"2016-06-23T13:11:25","slug":"fellowship-experience-goals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2017-acrowell\/2016\/06\/17\/fellowship-experience-goals\/","title":{"rendered":"Fellowship Experience Goals"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What I am most hoping to gain from my experience this year is a better understanding of the applications of the content I&#8217;m teaching. \u00a0I want to know more about what\u00a0research scientists do on a daily basis\u00a0so I can model some of those practices in my classroom. \u00a0I hope that by the end of the fellowship I am able to increase my students&#8217; 21st century skills and develop curriculum that is authentic and relevant to what scientists are really doing everyday.<\/p>\n<p>My other goal is to develop a curriculum product that incorporates scientific literacy.
