I am truly excited for this opportunity as a Kenan Fellow. Over the past 4 years of teaching I have learned quite a bit from teaching but I have had many challenges that have hindered my abilities and decreased my drive and passion for teaching. I am hoping the fellowship will reinvigorate my passion for teaching and challenge me to think about better ways to connect with my students and peers. I look forward to learning different tools and resources to implement in my classroom. I am also looking forward to bringing back technology and industry rich skills and concepts to share with my colleagues.
