{"id":35,"date":"2018-07-25T12:32:58","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T16:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2019-cfolgerhawks\/?p=35"},"modified":"2018-07-25T12:36:45","modified_gmt":"2018-07-25T16:36:45","slug":"ag-in-the-classroom-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2019-cfolgerhawks\/2018\/07\/25\/ag-in-the-classroom-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Ag in the Classroom Workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 11, 2018 I attended the Ag in the Classroom Yadkin County Going Local Workshop.\u00a0 We started off our day at Hunter Farms located in Boonville, NC.\u00a0 This is a large farm that mostly grows produce.\u00a0 It was a family operation that has plans to grow in the future.\u00a0 It was interesting to walk the farm and learn the many different aspects of farm life.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_36\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36\" style=\"width: 225px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2019-cfolgerhawks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/310\/2018\/07\/IMG_20180611_095341996_HDR-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2019-cfolgerhawks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/310\/2018\/07\/IMG_20180611_095341996_HDR-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/old.kenanfellows.org\/2019-cfolgerhawks\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/310\/2018\/07\/IMG_20180611_095341996_HDR-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-36\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mr. Hunter took us on a 2 hour tour of his farm.
